If you would like to join our volunteer Fire Department, please print out the application below and return it to City Hall at 205 4th Street. You can drop it off during the business hours of Monday - Friday from 8:00 am - 4:30 pm. You can also drop the completed application in the after hours Utility Drop Box located outside of City Hall.
