Under general supervision, this service position is the second level in the Public Works department. This position performs general labor services in the care and maintenance of the City of Cleveland’s buildings and grounds. In addition, the Public Works Helper will be responsible for adhering to maintenance and safety standards that provide a comfortable environment for the public.

Minimum qualifications: Must have a high school diploma or GED certificate, must be at least 18 years of age, must possess a Minnesota Class B Driver’s License with Air Brakes or be able to obtain one within six months of employment.

This position is full time. Wages are between $24.00 - $27.00 per hour depending on experience.
